Matrox Video Tools version 3.1b has been tested and approved for use with Windows XP, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows Me, and Windows 98 SE. The software has multi-language support, the ability to switch between hardware and software-based DV rendering, independent display drivers, and a new audio mixer.
